Tekken 5 King Screwdriver

I've been trying to practice this move. I haven't done it yet.  I can only get to Burning Hammer. What button combination do you use for the Screwdriver? Using the button layout you suggested, I've been pressing: R2, L1, R1, R1+X. Should I be pressing different buttons or is my timing just off?

This chain throw is way too hard to do, I can do up to the burning hammer but the command for the screwdriver is just way to difficult and you don't have enough time to input the command

Here's an easier way of performing Screwdriver move: -

Hold L1 and press Square.

Press Square, Circle, Triangle and X.

Press Triangle, hold Square and press X.

Press R1, hold Square, hold Triangle and press X.

Press L1 and R1.

Press R1, X, hold Circle and Triangle.

Press R2, L1, L2, hold R1 and press X.

This buffering move should be easy enough for all the people.

sorry but if you set the L and R buttons like described in the video, how could you press for example triangle + cross together? with the joypad that's really hard, also because I only use my inch to press the 4 buttons

You only press Triangle and X together when used as part of a 3 button combo with Square, on those hits you just press R1 (triangle+square) with X at the same time using thumb/index finger its actually really easy on the hand, great vid, 5 stars and a lot of help, i can perfect screwdriver after just 1 hour of using this vid to learn it,

you can hold down triangle or X before you push the other one, and it will count as pushing both at the same time hope it helps :D

It's you can't live through any of Kings Grapple chains by the time he gets to the finishing part of his chain (Muscle Buster,ScrewDriver,Gaint Swng etc.) your body would be limp and lifeless. The only people that could survive would be Mr.T, Chuck Norris, or another Tekken character.

Make L be Triangle and X, and R be Square and circle. Or the other way around. Because You can do the rest easyly. But those 2 combinations. Take off some time :)

It is very easy. Ok, I have found the combination which is good for this step. First press, (Square + Triangle & leave them), then, hold square. After that, hold triangle & at last hold circle. I mean at the end you have to press three buttons one by one (& also hold them). I think you will get it.

pff... Alternatively: All you have to do is perform the Cobra Twist and from then on, mash the four buttons continuosly. King ALWAYS performs the Magma Drive 2. And this "technique" works for all chain starters (you perform the first throw in the chain and mash the rest), for King and Nina.
