  • This show, was watching for the first time! Without your knowledge.

  • 超ハマった!!

  • I never knew the original characters names were

    たくや Takuya (i.e. Ness)

    つよし Tsuyoshi (i.e. Jeff)

    しんご Shingo (i.e. Poo)

    ごろこ Goroko (i.e. Paula)

    Very cool!

  • @Kazlic They aren't. You can get many alternative "don't care" names, and the ones shown are the names of the members of the popular Japanese band SMAP.

  • @DaVince21 Oh, I feel stupid now... >.<

  • @Kazlic Another set of alternative names in the Japanese version of the game translate to the Beatles (+Yoko for Paula), and another set translates to Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad and Yoshi. They really put a lot of small references in the games, right from the bat! :)

  • @DaVince21 Wow that's very interesting. Do you live in Japan? You know so much about this game...

  • @Kazlic Nope, just a Mother fan (who happens to study Japanese)... Starmen dot net, the EarthBound wiki and even the bonus notes that come with the Mother 3 English patch contain a lot of interesting information, though.

  • @Kazlic How could you not know that?

  • This makes so much sense...

  • Its lucky Im japanese I understanded mostly everything

  • I REALLY wish that I could understand JAPANESE... *Whirr*

  • Nostalgia is recalling happy memories from your past.

  • OK DESU KA!

  • cool!

  • Wish I understand more of what they're saying, thanks for the video I'm a huge Mother Fan, I think its useless to discuss which language is harder? It's just nonsense, hard and easy things all of them are from perspective.

  • WHAT THE HECK ARE THEY SAYING!! :\

  • There should be shows like this in America.

  • Fact: Aside from SMAP, default names also included monkeys, Mario Bros, and even the Beatles!

  • cool mother/earthbound are yhe best RPGs

  • Japanese looks impossible to learn.

  • Anyone can learn Japanese. I wouldn't even say it's a very difficult language to learn, there's just a LOT to learn and get used to.

  • actually Japanese would be rather hard to learn because their form of grammar is back asswards from our English standards.

  • It's not very hard to grasp though... Really.

  • It's not really hard, It's just that since you don't know the language.

The hardest language to learn of all languages, Is English, This may seem preposterous, But it's actually true.

  • Hm, that sounds like an opinion. You can't really say what language is hardest: a Germanic speaker would say French or Spanish is hardest, while the it'd be the opposite for a Romantic speaker.

  • Icelandic I heard is the hardest language.

  • Well, then what would be the easiest language to learn in your opinion? Vietnamese in my opinion should be easy enough for anyone who knows a Latin-based language to understand, since it uses the same Latin letters as Spanish, Portugese (where it got its alphabet from!) and so on. I'd say Vietnamese would probably a derivative of Chinese for the speech part and a derivative of the Portugese+French alphabet for the writing.

  • yea

  • thats a fact! because we have words like there they're and their. Three identical sound paterns written three different ways that have three meanings. Just an example for all the people that disagree. Also there are Monty Python/blues brother names too XD

  • Those aren't even hard and are present in other languages as well. Go get more cultured you dumbass brainwashed American trash.

  • I'm Canadian bilingual and I think French is a LOT harder than English.

  • once again you said you THINK that makes it an opinion which is fine however it is a fact that people find English to be the hardest to learn. Many people can speak english but most fail at it miserably. So granted it might be easy to form the words but usage is also important. So its fine to have an opinion but to use it as a means to say that a fact is also an opinion would be silly.

  • In English, the only varieties the verb "becoming" has as it gets conjugated at different times are "become", "becomes", "became", and "becoming".

Now in French, for the verb "avoir", which is "to have" in English, there are about 40 different ways to write the verb. There are also that many ways for pretty much every other verb. I'm in 11th grade first language French and we're still getting quizzes on verbs every week. There are some repetitions of verb endings, but it gets tricky.

  • Ok smart ass guess what we have slang that goes beyond even our comprehension. You can learn english with ease but can you master it? Now shut the fuck up and grow a pair jesus christ. Fucking French people. Think they're better than every one but when the fist hits the face they run for the hills.

  • Grow a pair of balls, me? I know exactly what I'm talking about and my arguments are backed up with facts. You're just a shutout American going around thinking he's all smart. FYI, even Japanese has about 100 basic characters and 6000 kanji to memorize. Even in 12th grade Japanese people will still be learning how to write their own language.

I'm not even French, I'm Canadian. Even if I was French, that wouldn't make you right. Get off your little throne and stop making a fool of yourself.

  • Ok and even Americans are still learning their language in 12th grade? Seriously we learn it in college as well. You're using steriotypes and assume I am American when in fact guess what I am from Canada. So you're a fucking retard for thinking you know all the facts...plus it has been fucking proven that this is the hardest language so leave it be and move on you shut out French and if any one is on a throne its you....baka.

  • 1. Learning your language and practicing your language are two different things.

    2. It says on your profile that you are from from the United States.

    3. English PROVEN to be the hardest language? Alright, show me. Give me a link, a fact, anything.

    4. ばかじゃない。

  • 1. I know this but you still learn new things through out that time as well? Also the same could be said for the Japanese in their classrooms. Practice what they already know. 2.I am from Canada and I moved. Yes it is possible to do so after all...3. Proof via link? Impossible via youtube. in any case the best proof is learning it yourself after speaking only one language aside from it. Finally for number 4. Yay you...you know how to change the keyboard to Japanese...Grow up

  • 1. They don't already know. They learn brand new symbols.

    2. sure

    3. Just google "hardest language". Most people talk about Chinese, Japanese, Hungarian and some others. Every time I've seen somebody suggest English as the hardest others have called that person stupid.

    4. You're just jealous because you don't know how to read Japanese.

  • Ok? Sure I don't know everything but I never claimed to either. Even so I've yet to see you come up with a counter to me saying that if you weren't born speaking it this is an easy langauge to understand...besides all you've managed to do was try to insult me but in reality you're just being retarded trying to argue something that is a matter of opinion with fact. all you've given me is he said she said and frankly I am humoring you because I need a good laugh.

  • and then zatech was the troll all along

  • yup gg you managed to entertain me all along. Guess you should really think before you act little boy <3

  • have fun only being able to communicate properly in a single language for the rest of your life

  • i think mandarin is the most complex language in the world, correct?

  • The 100% hardest probably differs from person to person, but it's for sure one of the toughest I'd say.

  • English is only hard to learn because it breaks it's own rules so frequently.

  • omg yes I love to speak it but hell I don't even get it....shoot I think we can all agree to some extent that learning a new language sucks! It is sort of one of those things where you want to complete it and learn the proper way to speak it but it is way too hard. Then you finally manage to do it and you're so proud of yourself it is like you've completed a triathlon.

  • Say Wa!?

What the heck did I just watch? :p

  • I have no idea what's going on, but this is awesome! :3

  • I wish I spoke Japanese...

  • These are so awesome.

Where do you find these clips?

  • I love it when you post new videos. :D

  • I love how Tsuyoshi gets all excited when they say the name ♥

  • cool?

  • cool

  • Yes!

  • Neat!
