  • THIS IS WONDERFUL as l ALWAYS say, "Good morning" & talk to Sprout & "his roommate" like they r my friends as l've had Sprout now for almost 1 year!

I TRULY APPRECIATE that the BBC & others made a vid proving Consciousness and intelligence in plant life as I TRULY APPRECIATE my lovely plant Sprout & his "roommate"!!

  • acacias understand the possibility of their own demise/doom ..... they contain dmt ..... interesting .... so does the brain its truly a spirit molecule of sorts ....

  • i think this is very true and very intersting

  • this video is really ridiculous. its concerning that people actually believe this and behave like plants are conscious; im glad you at least posted the description.

  • This isn't really Extrasensory, since its entirely normal for plants to do this. If We could prove that one specific plant could do something that others of its species couldn't (sensorily) THAT would be extrasensory.

  • Show this to a vegetarian and he/she won't know what to eat.

  • And plants really love HEAVY METAL!!!! Thanks mythbusters

  • What does this have to do with supernatural? silly BBC

  • that is way sick. where can i watch the whole show?

  • Plants are just evil.

  • the more we discover, the more like animals they seem

  • Now i must find the video where they hook the plants up to the ECG. And when they 'think' of burning the leaves, the plants response spikes so crazy. So, of course they feel pain. And therefore, they must also feel love. So send love to all the beings of light. For we all so interconnected. Be ready for the rise to the fourth density. Service to self, or service to others. Choose wisely.

  • I don't know if I buy this. I mean if plants make themselves toxic then we'd all be dead wouldn't we?

  • @xLiLxxBitx takes a lot of energy and resources to make toxins so plants dont usually do it unless they are being eaten or harmed by herbivores. and most dont have that ability- just like insects or snakes and toxins- not all are poisonous

  • you'de be surprized just how much plants can react with humans and how much our cells can react to them.

  • I feel bad for plants like cannabis :(

  • I love plants

    I love you

  • Autotrophs own this planet. We're just here as guests.

  • No its okay to eat anything, but its good to give the food a blessing and your intention that way the food becomes good nutrients no toxins

  • Some people are vegetarians because they say eating animals is cruel. I say so is eating plants by that reasoning. I just had a chicken salad and laughed maniacally as I chopped it.

  • that makes you evil for eating pain and destroying yourself

  • @RegressLess

even if you really did think this way it kills more plants to feed the animals and then feed animals to us than it would to directly feed plants to humans

  • Well yer if i leave the house i wave him goodbye :-)

  • "release a gas to warn nearby leaves"

Sounds like regular old sensory info to me.

  • The image quality is peeling off my retinas.

  • o.O Amazing

  • Not so much anymore, but time to time, I have moments being aware again. then i acknowledge their presence and do a bit of bow or wave.

  • I feel like I'm talking to a plant whin I talk to my nephew.

  • hahahaha

  • try harder

  • he is a vegetable

  • Now I know what you mean, cheers :) for introducing us to it. I'll never look at them the same way again.

  • whoa man this was freaking crazy awesome....i felt one with nature man, like i understood it...ya know?

  • great vid mate :)

  • I used to talk to plants when I was young. I definitely felt their expressions.

But I stoped perceiving them as friends when people made fun of me:( i am ashamed..

I heard when a sentient being assists another being by offering itself to nourish anotheron the path, it isimproving its own karmic path.

The great giving up, one out of three feet that holds up the great vessel.

  • Ginseng have lights that can be seen by humans on full moons. When a human walks by the ginseng at night or gets too close, the ginseng immediately turns its lights off. The ginseng hunters actually shoot long arrows with feathers at the ginseng at night, from far away, so that when they come back in the day, they can find the ginseng with the marker arrows.

  • Balance always finds itself!

  • Amazing video... YES, EVERYTHING IS ALIVE.

  • Amazing video... yes, that is how everything is connected... and that is how the Nature can be our very worst enemy, if we do not become aware that we already are her own worst one.

  • according to my research, trees' souls live in 2nd dimension.

  • Now this make me feel :( for walking on grass.

  • I actually don't feel bad eating plants only since I express my gratitude when I eat only plants and fruits. I give thanks and appreciation which many humans don't do. That's why it's imperative that this information gets passed on, so the human race doesn't forget.

  • @vibrantenergy I express gratitude when I rape and murder somebody, so I guess that makes it ok.

  • @vapourmile rape has no value in terms of survival but in sexual pleasure, and unless your eating what your murdering neither does that, so i really don't see what kind of argument your trying to present in terms of the meat eating debate. i suggest you either try again or next time don't say things that are so nonsensical.

  • @teamforcedjudgement I was illustrating the absurdity of vibrantenergy's progression of reason by taking the example to its limit: He argues that it has been shown that plants feel emotions then says he doesn't feel bad eating them because he expresses gratitude. My point is fairly simple: Expressing gratitude does not neutralise the effect of killing a sentient creature that is unable to defend itself. It's as if he's saying "Killing is wrong, unless you show appreciation for what you killed".

  • @vapourmile well i suppose in your point of view then the mere existence of a being that consumes others is immoral then?

  • @teamforcedjudgement Not really, although it is a hypothesis. I was simply pointing out what I think is a flaw in vibrant's argument: He implies the moral issue surrounding the intentional ending of the life of other beings. Many would argue it is immoral to take life under certain conditions, or for certain reasons. As you suggest though, it is difficult to argue an outright immorality with regards to killing since it is hard to live unless you are party to death at some level.

  • @teamforcedjudgement What I am saying is that I don't agree that blessing the carcasses of the things you have killed, and then eating them, is by itself a get-out from the moral difficulty. It may clear his conscience, but not mine. Let me ask you: Do you think that blessing and eating the corpse of the being you have killed makes the sacrifice acceptable? Adherents of the Jain faith attempt to live only on the bodies of things that are already dead, so they kill nothing to live.

  • @vapourmile no i accept that killing and death go hand in hand with the ability for me to live. feeling remorse is pointless to me. the only reason this natural occurrence would in any way disturb me would be if the animal im eating was treated cruelly but even then i know im not the one that did i, so i know im not at fault. people simply need to accept that death is what fuels us.

  • @teamforcedjudgement And that's fine.

  • you are a plant

  • Insanely enough even eating only plants makes me feel a killer; my energy is always much better if I do not eat too much of anything; best to actually eat the seeds and stuff that plants drop in stead of just removing living organisms for food. If you can perceive colours of things and beings, you know already that a l;eaf broken off a plant leaves a shadow image at the spot where it has been removed. All living material is spirited. thats why we as a race are dying, we deny spirit.

  • Very good... We shall eat only what it 'gives' itself to us... fruits of all kinds.

  • eat anything what gives to us and anything that regrows! :)

  • Well... humans also "regrow" from the soul point of view... the root is always the same, even if not the body, BUT CAN WE EAT THEM?

  • Comment removed

  • no you will be eating pain which will destroy the consumers body. and be haunted

  • So bless your food with love and gratitude before you eat them! :)

  • trippy~

  • The notion that plants are capable of feeling emotions was first recorded in 1848, when Dr. Gustav Theodor Fechner, a German professor, suggested the idea in his book Nanna. He believed that plants are capable of emotions, just like humans or animals, and that one could promote healthy growth by showering plants with talk, attention, and affection.[1]
