I don't get why they use the lifting shirts. yeah it makes the weights higher but it's because the lifting shirt does some of the work for you. why don't you tie helium balloons to each side while your at it? I respect powerlifting and all, especially since I'm a bodybuilder myself but I don't get why they don't just regulate out these gimmicks.
