That array is great! I am starting going solar, and made myself a tracker using junkyard stuff. It works fine, and yes, it increases electricity yield by at least 65 per cent in spring-summer-fall, and a little bit less in winter.

People say 30-40% gain on a day over a fixed panel system.

I get on a bad day 60 Kw Ah per day

On a good day 140+ Kw Ah per day

It keeps my bank topped up so I can run all my appliances LCD(40w) PC Lights(11watts) Pvr(22watts) plus more 250watts total.(these were picked for low energy usage products.

My battery bank is 2500 Kw ah Capacity 28 batteries.24v system .Need my wind turbine up soon for Night-time charging as well.

Nice achievment.Have you estimated the overall solar efficiency gained by the tracking system, rather than a static solution?

The designer and builder of the tracker boards I use says on his site

in winter a Duel Axis Tracker gains 100% in Winter and in Summer 50%.
