The stupid mayor and governor of LA should have been prepared..thats what they're there for. it was NOT pres Bush's job to prepare the state. What I do fault Bush is in the fact that it took so long after the hurricane to send in troopers, buses and supplies to the people there.
But...the ppl decided to elect the same stupid mayor. Whatever.
I hope President Obama rebuilds New Orleans to it's rightous glory unlike EX-president George W. Bush who "screwed" the people of New Orleans by not doing anything for them & sending well need money & troops to Iraq.
