I was mad because no word were left, I yelled myself at the mirror, I lost reason; every night I cried so much that I hugged a pillow just to relief the pain. The voice in my head keep echoing "I'll wait for you" ... She still has not returned, I doubt she will but I promised one thing: "I will wait for you, Endlessly".

You call this synced? It's horribly off sync. It's a great song and all but you did just an overall bad job at syncing the song and video together. With almost 1.1k likes and 30 dislikes, I'm not going to sugar coat it for you. For starters, if there are any words being spoken, it shouldn't show the lead singer, singing. Try again.

But since the video was posted nearly four years ago and has gained more views than all my other videos altogether, I'm not going to delete it anyway. Yes, for that dumb reason. Plus, most people seem to have liked it even though it's oh so horribly off sync.
@MySkintoneIsSoDavey Understandable. I would challenge you to go back (if you have time) and redo it now that it's been so long and you have more experience. You'd probably turn out a better product and would receive more views. It's amazing how much a slow motion kick on just the right timing can have on a video. If you did, I would take time to watch it and reevaluate. If you do, let me know.

AFI is one of the greatest bands I've ever heard.and it's my favorite band of all time.
their music means so much to me. the fact that they do what they love is what every band should be about. and I can trully say-discovering their music was life changing for me.
They do what makes them happy,they be themselves and stay true to themselves.Plus the music is greater than a lot of things I've heard.I mean,it really means something.And they deserve so much respect,and I really respect and love them.Their songs are so meaningful and great.
You know i thought AFI was girly and lame at first. But my wife loves them and i been listening more and more and learning more and more about them. We saw them in NYC last weekend and i must say i really respect them ow and listen to their music. This album is actually one of their best in my opinion.... especially after I didn't like Sing the Sorrow... Well The Leaving Song PT II was really epic but I got sick of hearing it after a while. I still love this album and I bought it on a whim, which is something I never do. I like the new sound and commend AFI. They can't make more records if they don't sell a ton of them. And this one achieved all kinds of crazy commercial success.
Dude... you seem to be in every video trolling the same message. Ok AFI changed...their bound to almost playing 2 decades. You still think they are going to run around singing the same songs they did 17 years ago? It would look sad for the age they are at. His got a great voice..imo he wasted in the past with screaming and singing like crazy...at least now you can hear the good lyrics and follow the song. Not to mention he sounds pretty damn good. Crash Love sounds to be spot on and a good move.

I completely agree, because I love AFI! But don't listen or comment on bands i don't like. LOL I do wish they would do more with their music videos though they are very similar or boring at times, but it's all about the music anyway.

Their 8th full length studio album will be released on September 29th. It's called "Crash Love". From what I have heard it's nothing like they have done before, and sounds amazing. :)
this just happens to be a great example of powerful, heart felt, raw emotion into music. this is a beautiful song. AFI are great musicians, honestly one of the greatest, most original bands ive heard in my 23 years of existence. It doesnt matter what "category" some person places any piece of music into, its still music, appreciate it for what it is, not what people say it to be.

Furthermore, if emo means having depressing lyrics, I have nothing against it. I hate it when people can't appreciate a song because it isn't uplifting anyways.
Every musical artist ever has had, at some point, depressing lyrics and aren't considered emo.
Example: Christina Aguliera's "Hurt", or "Beautiful"... both quite sad, but never labelled "emo".

You know i thought AFI was girly and lame at first. But my wife loves them and i been listening more and more and learning more and more about them. We saw them in NYC last weekend and i must say i really respect them ow and listen to their music. The fact they do what makes them happy rather then sticking to one music genre means a whole lot to me. I hope they come around again!

I actually found that the older I got, the more I liked this albulm more than the others. For some reason this one just strikes me as more mature.
Though saying this, nothing could steal their previous albulms from being Classics.

This album is actually one of their best in my opinion.... especially after I didn't like Sing the Sorrow... Well The Leaving Song PT II was really epic but I got sick of hearing it after a while. I still love this album and I bought it on a whim, which is something I never do. I like the new sound and commend AFI. They can't make more records if they don't sell a ton of them. And this one achieved all kinds of crazy commercial success.

Dude... you seem to be in every video trolling the same message. Ok AFI changed...their bound to almost playing 2 decades. You still think they are going to run around singing the same songs they did 17 years ago? It would look sad for the age they are at. His got a great voice..imo he wasted in the past with screaming and singing like crazy...at least now you can hear the good lyrics and follow the song. Not to mention he sounds pretty damn good. Crash Love sounds to be spot on and a good move.

i know... sing the sorrow and specially decemberunderground had really meaningful lyrics that i could connect to... i didnt know of them before but i really fell in love with decemberunderground... its their best album yet i think... just so much feelings going behind the lyrics and its amazing to listen to... i honestly am very dissapointed with their new album... its fine i guess if they wanted to change... but i feel this album has no emotions... just trying to make records to sell... sigh...

I completely agree, because I love AFI! But don't listen or comment on bands i don't like. LOL I do wish they would do more with their music videos though they are very similar or boring at times, but it's all about the music anyway.

Their 8th full length studio album will be released on September 29th. It's called "Crash Love". From what I have heard it's nothing like they have done before, and sounds amazing. :)

this just happens to be a great example of powerful, heart felt, raw emotion into music. this is a beautiful song. AFI are great musicians, honestly one of the greatest, most original bands ive heard in my 23 years of existence. It doesnt matter what "category" some person places any piece of music into, its still music, appreciate it for what it is, not what people say it to be.

Furthermore, its not a fad to sing about your emotions, it IS a fad of style, as all styles are a fad. The music however my change and warp instrumentlaly, but the lyrics will most likely remain the same, which is the part that makes it "emo"
Too many people nowadays are caught up by image instead of just caring about music for what it is, its saddening

I dont think anyone who actually likes a band will admit they are emo.
Here's what I say - if emo means having lyrics that are depressing, yes, AFI is emo. If emo is twelve year-olds crying into their webcams on myspace, no, AFI is not emo. Furthermore, if emo means having depressing lyrics, I have nothing against it. I hate it when people can't appreciate a song because it isn't uplifting anyways.

Every musical artist ever has had, at some point, depressing lyrics and aren't considered emo.
Example: Christina Aguliera's "Hurt", or "Beautiful"... both quite sad, but never labelled "emo".
Emo is a concept made up by a bunch of angsty punk and goth kids who want to feel both above and tougher than everyone else who tend to wear alot of black.
It's a sham and a fad. Eventually, the whole concept will burn out.

that is true but AFI isnt as emo as people claim they are but they are part emo.... If you think about it the name sing the sorrow (recent AFI album for those who dont kno that) sounds emo but most of the songs in the album arnt even close to emo and decemberunderground isnt fully emotional either

Wow... I've heard 4 songs from Decemberunderground before this one, and didn't particularly like them, so I didn't buy the album. But now that I've heard this song and liked it, I might give it a chance! This song gave me hope that maybe, just maybe, AFI hasn't sold out yet!
