@selfshatteringiron as far as i know weed takes about 20-30 days to exit the sytem depending on your metabolism and lots of other things that is for a urine test i'm not sure about blood tests..saliva its pretty instantly out and hair it depend on your hair length and how long you have been using marijuana....where in canada i heard lots of it is decriminalized...good luck...it shouldn't be a problem

Is it normal to not be able to sleep at night cus ur wondering if ur making the wrong or right decision? Exactly...i was diagnosed as bipolar for a long time...but i never believed them...since my shots are more regular and the dosage is higher i've pretty much lost all the bipolar symptoms...i tried to tell them i thought it was the female hormones messing my flow up and now i know i was completely right...never felt better/happier and so leveled out...good luck man i know how hard it can be and overwhelming im usually around if you need anything
Z track is when you pull the skin over, give the shot, pull the needle out then let the skin go back . It's supposed to keep the T from rolling out again. I've found that didn't really work for me, though, and so I just got longer smaller needles that seem to be working well for that now.
Ah, you were asking about injecting? Just use smaller needles. :) I use 27 gauge, half-inch long needles. I've never tried, nor needed to try, the Z track method; some folks swear by it, others can't get it to work. My needles do the job just fine.
