I would like to know what out world leaders are going to do to prevent issues like the obvious data fixing we experienced from the CRU to not take place any more. Scientifc reports and data is being released, devoid of any peer review and the supporting data is either hidden or destroyed in an attempt to ensure that there is no real debate on the issue. Alaska, Canada and Siberia is permafrost .The permafrost is melting and it is believed that it will be gone in ten years or less. When this happens methane gas will be released in to the atmosphere. The result will be horrific. Why isn't this talked about more. The Northwest Passage has already melted. So this melting of the permafrost is not a possibility but a probability. What do we do?

All the computer model say co2 is like a blanket and more traps heats.
Earth atmosphere. is NOT like a blanket.... It is more like a filter.
Once the spectrum co2 is sensitive to is filtered out, that band is "clean" (zero waves) and MORE filter cannot trap any more because all has been filtered out. Hence, the data shows that co2 has NO effect...no signature of man...

I would like to know what out world leaders are going to do to prevent issues like the obvious data fixing we experienced from the CRU to not take place any more. Scientifc reports and data is being released, devoid of any peer review and the supporting data is either hidden or destroyed in an attempt to ensure that there is no real debate on the issue. There is still no conclusive proof linking global warming with anthropogenic causes.

The only fair solution I see is to measure our "pollution footprint" and require those who wish to pollute more than average to purchase that right from those who must then have polluted less than average. In this way we would create a selective pressure favoring less impactive products, industries, and lifestyles. I think the significant externalities simply must be redressed before we can make any real progress towards genuinely green societies.

Wasn't the earth was in the middle of an ice age 10,000 years ago? If so, then the earth has warmed significantly and may continue to do so. Do we really think we can stop such a natural phenomenon? What are focused on in this issue, are the same thing that will still be present without any burning of carbon based fuels. CO2 is integral to life on earth. Every living creature uses is or expelled it in one way or another. We need to focus on other aspects of pollution such as air quality.
