All people have same rights by the law, if teen is rioting, he is caught as anyone else. Don't you still get it?
In my opinion, if some shop owner had a gun handy to shoot some of them to protect his property, it would have been fair.
Police needs to use force when order is not followed.
If you think Estonian police are Nazis or child beaters or whatever. Look some other videos, and you see how police squads act around the world youtube [dot] com [slash] watch?v=nzMw0t7LemM
Police acted shamefully and also used brutal force.
Will police get punished or apology issued by police?
Police handcuffed some people to stationary objects and left them like that... is this "EU" culture lol the term their government uses at every oppurtunity.
Yes they attached them to stationary objects and after that they were gathered into the buses and driven away.
Police did the right thing, and acted within the law, and they should have been even more rough.
Different techniques will be used to catch criminals, and police is forced to use them. Brutal force was used on people who did not follow the orders. Those people are criminals and they are very abrupt.
Yes, ofcourse the job of every policeman involves kicking handcuffed people too, and making raids where they run and kick people (teens) who just stand on the ground.
Even the Mayor of Tallin stated that police was brutal. He is not alone.
If handcuffed person do not follow the order police has right and duty to use special force such as rubber stick.
If people stand on the ground and do not follow the orders (such as "step back" or "go away" and so on) they will be caught, law says you need to follow the police lawful order and if not police will act within the law.
Major of Tallinn is not acting like major should and he do not do what is in his responsibility.
If law permits police to act like from a comedy film, than something is severly wrong. Normally police are looked upon respectfuly. When people see those clowns in uniform videos, it looks funny when Government officials are obsessed with using words like "EU culture" "democracy".
After all police should act human, especially when teens are involved. The people in the video I saw complained to police when they saw semi concious people chained to street objects.
