My school is doing the music man this year for our musical. However, we are doing the junior version. I am marcellus and i tried out for him because of this song, the problem is that it cuts out most of it. it only does the first 47 seconds. Should i talk to the director and ask to do more of it? or more exciting dancing? also who is marcellus dancing with at the begining of the song?

Wow! I really liked this dance number! You guys did a great job on it! OMG! I'm Marian in our school's production of The Music Man, and so is my twin sister (there are two casts, each on a different night). Opening night is in four days! :)

wow!!! wen we did this at western illinois university summer music theatre we had alot older kids doing this song, not little tiny ones and we had ALOT more ppl too plus we had these weird matching outfits. the guys had matching plaid shirts and the girls had green and blue plaid fairy dresses it sounds weird but it was kewl. i wish they had let us tape it so i could put it on here

i did this at my school last year and we had a great show, but marian the librian lost her voice on the night of the show so her voice cracked when she was singing, it took a while for people to realize that that wasn't supposed to happen. I was a member of the band
