Hardware heats up, heats goes into the oil, oil goes... where? Yeah, sure, it'll keep stuff cool, until it's heated up enough that it can't cool anymore. You'd need both a pump and a radiator (along with fans) to be able to keep it cool and still it isn't anywhere as good asl watercooling.

Oil doesn't dissipate heat very quickly, especially when it is in such large quantities. The good thing about putting the whole thing in oil is that you get 100% coverage, but a water cooled system as you said uses radiators and fans to cool the water. This one uses nothing, meaning the oil will get hot and stay hot.
