that last is not a glitch its just very real maked..

a rockedloucher does exploded when he has a inpact , so shoot to a building or straight down..

but when u shoot (in real and in game) on this way u do, he has not enough inpackt and dont explode..

this is just very real for a game :D

Easier way I discovered, just start a race, and if there is a Infernus in the race, just abandon the race, then quickly kill the driver, and drive back to your save house.
