But to say that an addiction cannot occur because there isn't an addictive chemical involved is ignorant to the varying causes of an addiction. Games might have a higher chance of something like that happening as opposed to TV or Sports considering there's more of an interactive element, similar to gambling, which has been documented as being addictive in some cases.
