Using tap water? After 8 weeks, I have this pink stuff that has accumulates in my shower, where the water sits - potassium permanganate? It's part of why I quit drinking tap water - got a water distiller, & started drinking distilled water w/ some vitamin C powder in it (2 tsp per gal). That might physically clean you out, but seems like some other problem might occur. How about just eating more broccoli, cauliflower, psyllium husks, & some kind of natural laxative, like epsom salt in water.

@tvwiggles2u, I totally agree with you. I don't think using pressure to dislodge anything in an upward direction is a safe move. All kind of things could happen to get you a trip to the ER. I also don't think sitting on hard plastic tube is safe at all. Too easy to puncture or rupture your colon. Laying down,massaging the abdominal area is the normal procedure not sitting thus, constricting the colon of natural flow.
