@Skellly , it was recorded and uploaded in avchd. I think YouTube must change the footage in some way as well. Look at my other video on my channel for low light performance . It is the best I have seen for a prosumer camcorder.

The flash can only be used during photos only and that is done in the settings menu when in camera mode.

how this cam works at fast turns or zooming ? i want to buy one for filming skateboarding but i dont no how it looks at board rotation or fast moving ?

I can`t really speak for scateboarding but zooming and pan shots are as smooth as I have seen on any consumer HD camcorder. You can also do great night shots as this camcorder is amazing in low light.

@vmvlev when it says 37mm is that the size it need to be to fit onto a 37mm lens? or is it just the width of the fisheye

I havn`t edited any video yet as my pc is not upto the job so I am saving for a Quad core pc at the moment.

would be so much better suited for processing high definition video footage

I just used the software on youtube and uploaded it as an mts file so i`m not sure if youtube have re encoded it as the overall resolution looks nowhere near as good as on my tv.

What's the highest FPS the camera gives? And at what resolution will this be?

Not sure on the FPS but it puts out a true 16Mbits when burnt to a DVD at full AVCHD at 1080i.

I mean, if i put this in "Slow motion mode" What FPS will it be recording at, and what will the resolution be in that slow motion mode? Also, does that slow motion mode have a time limit. And if so, can i remove it somehow?

FPS of slow mo is 240fps, not sure on time limit but I did hear there is a limit
