Kirkwoodians do not want more guns. As Stream points out, the council chamber was full, and if anyone

had fired in Cookie's direction they would just as probably hit an innocent citizen. All guns start out as legal guns, then are stolen from people that have a permit. People in this state that want a concealed carry permit want to kill someone, because if you have that permit and shoot someone then the shooter is considered innocent.

Officer Tom Ballman's gun didn't do anyone much good that night, did it? Sorry Rick, more concealed weapons permits will not make this Kirkwood citizen feel more safe. To quote you, the Council chambers were full that night. How many blazing guns would have made you feel more safe, there and then? Your ideas are way too "ex-stream" for me, and I wager, for most of Kirkwood.
