As if Lindows is any better. I switched from Slackware to Ubuntu after about a year of use just because I became lazy. Don't assume that an OS is only a gateway drug for retards just because retards can use it.
Mac uses a proprietary system. Linux is FREE. And Totally Open System ! Everything is possible in Linux. It's so good that's Mac Os is now created over Linux. :) And Macs are VERY expensive yet...They are cute, course. But People wants freedom to customize everything.
why pay outrageous amounts of money for a proprietary system like the mac? you can't even configure the mac to use a different layout. you get brushed metal. what happens when you get sick of brushed metal? well you could always install ubuntu on your mac.

What tweaking around? To get ubuntu to look like that you simply drag the packages (downloads or links) into the theme program.
