  • Any reason as to why the Spinifer is illegal in Australia? Afraid of an outbreak of foreign species that will disrupt the local food chain?

  • I want a Swammerdami or Spinifer so bad but they are illegal in Australia :( .. Urodacus Elongatus pretty much the biggest you can have legally over here.

  • they'r like performers on stage! =b

  • hey i have a baby asian forest scorpion a little smaller than those and i was wondering how long it takes in for them to grow up?

  • wow i bet its hard making sure everyones fed lol

  • .....i wish i could have one of those

  • Heh my asian adult female just had it's first litter before summer. About 4th instar so far. How far did these guys make it?

  • i think they're doing good. i've passed them to a friend back then. they should be sub-adults by now.

  • How are those babies doing now?

Remember me who pm u asking if a adult scorp will molt o not?

She gave birth nt long after tat and passed away few weeks ago

Check out my scorp vid too

  • i hav an h.longimanus but i dont know how to breed them...........anyone who knows???????

  • just put the male and the female in the same tank with loads of space scorps tend not to eat each other they just stay away from each other then hopfully one day they will mate and then you remove the male when the babys come simple!

  • you must make sure you have a male and a female (obviously) and you must have a flat rock in there cage. they will do the rest . they have a very long gestation period i am though; something like 8 months

  • thats one nice lookin brood.

  • srry that was my bro but nice vid

  • 44cm x 26cm x 30cm glass tank. which i also use to house up to 9 adults.

crix.. u can do anyhting to it as long as its half dead and not biting ur kid's arm off

  • @huojin you hold 9 adults in a setup with this size? dude, u should be in there.....

  • @H3LLTeRRoRdaR i wish i could.. it would be fun! :D lots of hide outs and friends to play with :)

  • @huojin dude that reply was so gay ...

  • what size tank do you own for the scorplings oh and you know you sed throw the cricket at the wall well would it not be better to stick a pin into its head and then drop it in (obviously without the pin in it) cheers

  • she isnt supposed to put the babies down

  • obviously, the babies came down by themselves

  • hey there, i'm in singapore. and my scorps are in malaysia. im sure u can get it at your local pet store. the AFS is a very common breed

  • united states oregon

  • i will buy one form you im not even joking how much

  • haha.. where u at? dont think we're in the same country. it's easier to get 1 from your nearest pet shop! :P

  • me 2 i want one its kewl one big happy family 5 stars

  • They're fantastic :D I'm jealous.

  • when they are off her back...i seperate the mom and the babies..the babies can live together right ? and about the feedings...u mean i have to TORCHE the crix ?

  • yes the kids can live together.that's what they're doing in this video :) scorps can live together till they're adults as long as there's enough food for everyone. otherwise they'll canibalise. not torch the crix. just throw them on the floor or wall till they're unconcious. cos the crix might bite off your kid's legs which is terrible.

  • hey....my bark scorpion..have these babies they are on the female's back should i still feed them ?...when they leave thier mother's back can put them together ?

  • once they've left their mum's back (usually after their first moult, turning from white to grey), you can remove the mum :)

  • and while the kids are on her back, just feed as usual. the mum has the tendency to eat the kids a bit, that's normal. perhaps to regain her lost energy quickly. once the kids are off her back, just feed them HALF DEAD crix/mealworms

  • aww.... its cute when you lift up a baby scorpions' hide, and they all scatter!

  • little cuties

  • im also intrested in breed my asian forest scorp any one no any site or tips and im pretty sure it a male

  • woah that is alot of scorpions

  • yeah!! they've grown up now and last head count was 30 :P

  • where'd you get the asian forest scorpion?

  • local seller in Malaysia. its very common here. you can even get them straight from the forest although wild caught ones are discouraged.

  • Nice, very nice. My Heterometrus birthed 50 young at one time that was interesting.

  • half dead crickets (pull out their hind legs and slam them repeatedly into a hard surface) and mealworms (drown them a while). then come back 15 minutes later to see ur zombie babies in action hahaha..

  • whoah sooo many.. what do you feed them at that stage???
