Whether he is sick of the song or not, he improves on it and sings it better with each and every performance. I don't LOVE the song, and I would guess he doesn't either, but it's always fresh and full of emotion as if it's brand new to him. To me, that says something.

I love the acoustic version so much more than the original. The Magic Rainbow is less obtrusive in the acoustic because David blends it in. I still prefer the acoustic version performed at the Wal-Mart Shareholders Meet. But they're both amazing, and DC, you have been so gracious and humble, and DA you have been the same.

I'm a huge fan of David Archuleta but I must say that now I'm a huge fan of BOTH of these guys! David Cook is a true class act. He has graciously shared the spotlight with Archie since the show ended when he didn't have to. His parents and family must be so proud of him not only as an artist but also as a person. I'll be buying both of their albums and supporting both of their music careers for years to come. I don't think we'll be seeing 2 guys like the 2 Davids on American Idol anytime soon.

Archie can choose any song he wants to sing. Cook has to sing TOML, which is not exactly a showcase song for the singer, especially not subdued and acoustic.
