someone please respond, you say you need to rest 48 hours, but im doing 50 push ups and 100 sit ups every morning and night... should i rest every other day or not?
@devinebitch - Reps are short for repetition. So like say you are doing situps. 1,2,3,4,5 situps or (5 reps) equal one set. So say you do 3 sets of 5 reps, that means you did 15 situps.
