  • very cool stuff

  • Best Fuckin Toy line Ever! PS Fuck the Real GhostBusters! They stole the name anyway. And had the nerve to put real infront of as if the Filmation version is fake. Even though the filmation concept was out almost a decade before the movies were Even thought of. BTW are you looking to sell your collection I'll give $700 for it

  • this show and its stupid toys really sucked!

  • Pure Awesomeness I've been watching Filmations Ghostbusters on Netflix and realized you know it's really not that bad. I didnt like it when I was kid of course cause I was into the Real Ghostbusters. But I been having a great time recently showing my kids that were were two Ghostbuster cartoons during this time.Really like it now Prime Evils Piano is really cool.

  • I can see the face of the kid on christmas eve expecting to have Ecto-1 but instead receiving the buggy :( expecting to have slimer, bu receiving the gorilla... I was not fan of that serie, prefering The Real Ghostbusters series

still, congrats on having found these toys, must be very difficult to get nowadays

  • Love these toys! Just found some pictures from X-mas 1986. I can see the Ghostbusters' Ghost Command.

  • aaaah the gosth buggy (in Italy Fanta buggy). I have it when I was a child...I want it now

  • Filmation's Ghostbusters will air on RTV and Qubo this fall

  • @Digatone Filmation's Ghostbusters will also air on ION West Coast in fall

  • that song is something else.lol it's good to see the other version of ghostbusters tho

  • You have a great collection of a very rare set of toys

  • @Terryfan after watching this, i bet those are fun to play with.lol i want em now. from there skull phone to the vehicles, nice collection.

  • @Gum2Gum I agree got to love the classic toys of the 80s

  • step aside ghostbusters because the REAl ghostbusters are here to stay

  • Just think of what type of a Ghostbusters Movie you can make, using all of those Filmation's Ghostbusters Toys.

I bet THAT would be a cool Ghostbusters Movie to see.

  • I have to give filmation props, theyre "Hq" was a lot cooler than the GB's fire house.(toy wise anyways)

  • @AtticusRh0des there is nothing COOL about Larry Storch! VENKMAN BURN IN HELL!

  • dude, awesome, congratulations, you have a beautiful collection!

  • @lordsvarte it reminds me of cribs when he showed the house tour.lol

  • Holy ***, I didn´t even know there was a toyline for this show. Must have been very expensive and difficult to collect these toys. And they´re in beautiful shape, too.

  • Was the Skelevator supposed to go up and down?

  • It is. Maybe over time it doesn't work too well, it's tough to slide it. I guess it has to be somewhat tight to not fall when you put a figure on it.

But the top and bottom places where the rod holds it on the roof and under the floor are very brittle, making the feature somewhat useless lol

  • Is this were they got the idea for the 1980's Ghostbusters, or is it not related what so ever?

  • the original Ghostbusters was a live action show from the 70s with Larry Storch and Forrest Tucker of F-Troop fame. Columbia's Ghostbusters(Who ya gonna call?) had to buy the rights to the name in 1984. When they made the Real Ghostbusters cartoon a couple years after, Filmation made this cartoon, with the sons of the original live action show characters Spencer and Kong. With Tracy the gorilla.

  • the cartoon was made in an attempt to "Cash in" on the popularity of the Ghostbusters movie(Bill Murray/Dan Aykroyd) hoping people would maybe even confuse the Real Ghostbusters cartoon with this or gain some fans.

  • @zackgb thats why they put the gorilla in the show,in some weird way it seemed to be right idont know how,but right!

  • This show is the reason the cartoon was entitled The Real Ghostbusters. They couldn't call it just Ghostbusters because that was already an existing cartoon property from the 70's similar to Pee-Wee's Playhouse or The Banana Splits Show.

  • The ghost command even has an answerbone. He was always trying to get anyone who called to hang up.

  • Wow,these toys are cartoon accurate!

  • yeah but filmations mistake was sitting on it for too long and columbia tri star (sony) pretty much owns the title ghostbusters now

  • cool

  • that's cool never knew they made toys

  • cool

  • Hi zack, thank you for your reply. I got my ghost command today, it's a huge playset with lots of accessories, I don't know if it's complete or not, sure is has some pegs brokes here and there. It also includes some kind of a bone-shaped stick, white, flat, about six inches long with a lightblue glove-shaped accessory attached to it. Do you know what it is and where it goes? Thank you

  • hey man, if you're looking at the open house from the inside, the bottom right. There is a place for it to stand up. The glove shaped accessory if I remember is one of the "tools" for the garage.

the bone "pillar" basically seperates the office with the desk from the garage area.

  • Thank you, I've found its place and put it together. Thank you!

  • nice were did you get the house

  • eBay many many years ago.

  • great find the on ghostcar with accessories and the house its hard to find these days

  • I've had most of this stuff for several years. Ghost Command I think my dad found loose on ebay when I was in high school. Even looking today, they're getting tougher to track down, with a reasonable price tag too lol

I think mine, it's missing one of the pink trim stickers I could probably replace, the one arrow sign the tabs are broken, the main sign had to be glued on. The skelevator is tough to even slide it up and down anymore, or put a figure in it without the elevator falling off lol

  • Thanks! I remember it used to be a big deal to finally see this playset when pictures first surfaced online.

The only way I remember seeing it before was on the back of the figures packaging in a tiny pic. I figured all that was missing to REALLY appreciate this great playset was a video, like many other ppl have done with their stuff.

The rubber band features are funny, I don't know if I just never had it tight enough but it really wasn't that impressive to bother trying to show it lol

  • Hi! I love ghostbusters and I collect toys. I'm waiting for this playset these days, it must be awesome. Even the car must be great! Do the characters fit into the car?

  • It looks like even being so big the car can't allow the three figures to seat properly.

  • it's somewhat of a tight fit yeah lol no way to fit all of them in with Jessica and Futura like they'd ride in some episodes.

  • Great video. Once again nice collection.
