I think this is played when (Christ, I forget who it was) finds the bandanna that the nurse wears in the destroyed remains of the church all the way to the end of the episode.
Nope. Although the music symbolizes the part where he finds the headscarf(hence the name) it doesn't actually play during the episode except for a small bit at the end when the camera moves over the bloody snow. It plays in the episode after that when they move out of haguenau, it starts when winters gets his promotion.
Does anyone know if they put the sample of Blithe in Chapter 3 where he's looking down at the dead paratrooper he shot and he takes the flower? That orcastral sequence was epic, I'd love to get it ;)
@redwingsguy96 I've been looking for that piece of music for ages, when I bought the BoB soundtrack I was so disappointed when that piece wasn't on it
I think its at the end of the episode when you follow Webster during his return to the front lines. I think it is played when easy company are pulled out at the end of the episode
This is played when they are in the town of Hagenau(Episode 8: The Last Patrol), preparing to cross the river and capture some Germans. It is also played in oter parts of the episode.
Cuz, We all know war ain't good, and it is just unbelievable that one man could do this to all those innocent people. if you think about it you know you just have to cry don't ya think?
Why would anyone think that this was all done by one man? The complicity of both the German SS and Army is well documented. The notion that everyone was just following orders is ridiculous. Consider what the German Army did when they invaded Russia. This was a collective effort.
Well, the notion that the common soldier was just following orders is actually true. The men out fighting were only doing what their corrupt leaders were telling them to do. Of course, they had to be held responsible for at least PART of their actions, but the leaders were really to blame
Well. what was once said was that as long as there are men, there will be war. And like "TheVanta" said, its not ALL done by one man...but still, pretty darn bad, huh?
Yeah me to, my friend is German, that's why i respect them, but since they did this horrible thing to jewish people and others, well I just hope it won't happen any more. cuz, it happend because of one guy who thought he could be the boss of the whole world.
It's just unbelievable
Don't you have to cry if you listen and watch band of brothers?

Ah yeah, this was played after the soldier's death in The Last Patrol. I kinda thought this was from the hospital scene in Bastogne initially.
roninmediaoutlet 1 year ago
This is a beautiful piece, but is this actually played in some episode? I don't recall hearing this anywhere, but the name points to "Bastogne".
