I've known Scott almost 9 years, we are the Contract for niche in the local twin cities, and I would say he is right with this video. I find 10% down or $10,000 minimum to get most done. Less than that may require investors and sellers without agents. Also we are seeing 3 year contract for deeds almost all of the time for a 3 year balloon term. Years ago I remember 5 to 7 year examples, Scott is a smart guy and if you pull up google you'll see many of his websites everywhere, great guy.
