You guys are both right, it is in fact, the boss battle music from Megaman 2, however, it's considered to be Quickman's theme ever since the release of Megaman Power Battles 2, since it was the them that played when you fought him, rather than his stage music. I think they decided to use it as Quickman's theme due to the fast pace of it.
