  • at 15 225 is not easy, im 22 and im as small as 16 year old, weighing at 140, and im stuck at 185 max, just because i dont eat as much as i should, and my familiy genes dont let me go as far as i want to.

    2. Don't bounce it off you're chest

  • with triceps and shoulders that size im surprised you werent crushed by that weight.... bud you wanna press 225 FOR REAL? then grow those tris and shoulders, you can tell A LOT about someone's upper body strenght by the developement of their triceps and shoulders alone, trust me

  • @MegaUnavailableusern It's 90% legit. That big bounce and great struggle killed off 10% of his total, accurate form. That's why I'm saying that 20lbs less and it would've been 100% clean and full, no bounce or massive struggle.
