Someone left me this after moving out, had to work out how to use it, now I have I cannot feel a thing. This machine would be good for someone who is very obese, or is middle aged plus, and has never done a sit up in their life. This machines is good for getting your self up to a normal level of strength if you are severly abnormaly weak in the abdominal area, you can work your way up to being able to do normal sit ups without doing yourself an injury

it hurts your neck waaay more than traditonal ab exercises and its a comple waste of money, it has no adjustable risistance and the rollers hurt ur back, and after only a few uses, the whole machien starts creaking

trust me the best exercises are without equipment
