TOM PLATZ is one of the best bodybuilders ever lived and he is also a great person and you are talking about the way he is training or even more why he is training? You are idiots, fuck you all.
Why is Tom still training like this? The "style" worked for him when he was young and full of gear, but to attempt this nonsense when he is in his 50s and off all the gas (and apparently hadn't been lifting much at all just prior to these videos)?!
The Golden Eagle is one of bodybuilding's greats, no doubt. However, why does the man now always looks so depressed and unhappy? And he moves like he's 110 years old. Like he's in pain. Not the good kind.
@BassPlayerGuy123 It's best not to completely lock your joints out during any exercise. It just transfers the pressure away the muscles and onto the joints, which will create a lot more wear over time, or if you're really unlucky, maybe even a single extreme injury like a blown out knee. It's the same with the elbows during movements like the bench press, too.
Not sure when this was filmed but good to see Tom still training _ on one of his sets i counted 69 reps!! bet he was aching in the morning!!! Go the Mr Legs....
He looks like hes taking a dick up the ass lol
