i been cold to my daddy , he loves me too much , i always shouted at him , i swore at him .. im guilty for it. i was so full of angr and hatred with everyone. i had mdical imbal;ances in my mind and was lost. but now im ok .. i dont believe in my thoughts anymore and i regret living by my thoughts use to try to hurt me
Hello all. I have a question about the world being what I imagine : when I was young, I was seeing the world as mean and I found it, I can tell you. But now, I believe still sometimes that the world is mean and yet I do not find it often : people are nicer than ever, and situations are helpful than ever. If the world is what I project, how comes I often get that difference between what I believe and what happens in the world for me ?
Maybe you've already given yourself the answer. You say, now you still believe sometimes, the world is mean = now you only sometimes believe, that the world ist mean. So what do you believe most of the time now? Maybe sometimes you trust the world provides something good?
Right. And it's when I still believe it's mean and at same time the opposite happens, that lets me wondering. For example, I had issues about being fat all my life and I was always seeing only the thin girls. Now I begin to accept to be a bit fat. And today I see so many fat women just like me !!, a confort for me. So the question is : is it because my mind begins to open to a new idea, that I see that new idea, or is it Sthg Here helping me by showing me that things are better than I think ?
Thank you, and I think now : I can drop the "or" of my previous question. My mind is clearly opening now and there is clearly Sthg out there helping me, through Katie, Eckhart Tolle, etc. And this Sthg out there is not really out there. It's inside us.
I'm so grateful to the teachers like BK and Eckhart Tolle for what they are doing in my life right now. I'm stepping out of the ill mind patterns that have plagued me since childhood and returning to the innocence that I treasured so much as a child. Without the guidance and wisdom of people like them lighting the way for me I would have been up the creek without a paddle for sure. My God am I grateful...
That seems like the most important thing to grasp about guilt -- that at your level of consciousness when you did what you did, you had no other choice.
Stop believing the mind. Find every tension, friction, pressure in your body and know -- that is a thought living in me, and that thought isnt real. Feel the negativity deeply, with total acceptance, and know that it is not you.
You are a window through which love shines into this world.
@p0gue Can't stop believing the mind. Tis best to adjust what we believe instead. Humans need the structure of belief or they have no personal identity and feel very confused :)
Also: A Course in Miracles, Adyashanti, Tony Parsons, Gangaji, Papaji, Babaji, Ramana Maharshi, Mooji, Adi Da, Osho. There's a lot of love out there, people. And where is it? Right inside you. Just give it to somebody with no expectations and its plain to see. Thank you to Oprah for bringing Eckhart into the mainstream. Yes, something is happening and that is the end of living in fear.
i want the freedom this lady has.
