  • So what Happend at 3.25, It got dubbed over with same guys voice!,

  • Mine had a bent finger on the CPU socket, and only recognized two of three DIMMS. Straightening the finger fixed the problem, once I clued in.

  • how do you 8 months w ill it die in 8 months or ??

  • @S73BAN No i cant.. i already have my new comp.. you need a P67

  • is this mobo compatible with osx snow leopard?

  • @charliecromo That's a weird question... What are you trying to do exactly?

  • Maybe stupid but.. can i put a I7-Sandy 2600 on this board???????!!!!!! if not.. what is a comparing board like the sabertooth for the sandy ?

  • @martinzopetazo imagine the games you could play with 24G!

But seriously even a solid state drive would be a more economical decision

  • i have this board in sli and yes uyou lose 1 slot but run great for the price

  • When I play Black ops, I only allowed a maximum 8x anti aliasing in the settings screen of the game. I am running two GTX 460 Galaxie cards and a i7 950 processor. Is there something I have to adjust in bios so that my cards are both running 16x? I tried to update my bios, but windows 7 is not allowing me to unzip these files from ASUS's download center. If anyone has any info I would be more than glad to buy ya a case of beer.

  • rocks

  • 8.1 hd sound with optic not bad .I since put the 800 in back up pc and got the 950 sli ready and nvidia OKt new death adder mouse and G510logitech .

I want no more no less than 6GB!

  • This kit is good for my motherboard.

    Patriot PV7312G1600ELK Memória Patriot Viper II Sector 7 Edition 12GB (3 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

and in the future if I buy another kit like this will have 24GB, maximum capacity of the mainboard?

  • @viana10rodrigues why would you need 24 gigs of RAM? Do you use your rig to edit photos? If don't you don't need all of that ram, instead you could spend that money on something else like a better proc, or a video card if you are a gamer.

  • @martinzopetazo High end 3d modeling and animation. Even 24GB isn't enough.

  • 3:22 ventriloquist detected!

  • how many ram slots does it have?

  • @fleabaglane 6 gb ram? im also planning to get i7 950 and 6 gb ram. But the thing is i do not know if this asus mobo have a good built in sound card or do i need to get a better one? and does this mobo support triple channel memory?

  • @TheRES74 yes. all x58 motherboards support tripple channel mem...

  • @fleabaglane wow, I was thinking to build the same rig as yours... glad that you're happy with it... =)

  • I have this board and works pritty good, the only problem is I have 2 GTX 480 SLI and the graphic cards are pritty close each other and the temperature raise up so fast, Nvidia recommend leave one space between cards but here is not possible the 3rd PCIx slot (gray one) is 4x and not 16x so i have working my graphic cards in to high temperature even in a Antec Skeleton case.

Is not a problem jsut with this board mostly of the boards have same problem.

  • Good review, although your voice seems out of sync at the end.

  • @Xenokiller2179
