I Think Andy Does have Asperger's Syndrome. I found out at a young age I have it. My mother introduced me to Warhol because of that fact. I have a lot in common with Andy. It made me feel less a lone. I was feeling odd, about my sex life, and everything else. Knowing there was someone that is like me , helped me in the long run. I don;t know about that, but he did have a physical condiion where it was painful for him to be touched. As a result, he was asexual and only got erotic pleasure by watching other people. He lost all the pigment on his skin, too.

i remember going through periods of complete fascination with the whole "Factory" scene during different periods of my life. i know Andy had an endless love of repetition, and didn't like to be touched. i sometimes also wonder about Mary Woronov, one of his stars. she wrote a book about her experiences there--she was very verbally blunt, not very expressive emotionally, socially awkward, also loved repetition. i connected with her for some reason.
