I don't think you can derail in BVE - they have not programmed that realism, but if you drive "normal" it's very realistic.

If it was realistic the train would just go strait on and crash into the buildings already in the first curve at 6:33

Definetly not, that would imply it is going at 160mph. Even the eurostar at full speed (186mph, wont go through the power cables that fast.
