Can I just point out one thing that seems to be greatly overlooked... you can get cartomizers with 0 Nicotine in them... just e-juice, and propylene glycol or vegetable glycerine that produces the vapor. So you have a choice if you don't want PG, you can get VG... that's it folks! And you can usually order the amounts you want and know exactly what you are putting in an E-cig. Do you know or have any control over what is in a reg. cigarette? Nope! Oh, and you have to be 18+ to buy them, online.

I got my Kr808-d e-cig in January. I haven't had a real cigarette since then. That was over 3000 cigarettes ago. Cigarettes are over six dollars a pack in my state and half the price goes to the government in the form of sin taxes. So that's 150 packs of smokes they can't get taxes on. I smoked for 40 yrs. Tried the patch, gum, Zyban, hypnosis & Chantix - couldn't quit. I have now been smoke free almost a year with the e-cig. Surely you wouldn't see any teens smoking outside the mall...wait...maybe the FDA should consider a different approach. If only there was a device that would minimize the hazards of smoking. If only there was a way to eliminate second-hand smoke that is the REAL hazard to everyone (including teens).
Do us a favor and give back the money the pharmaceutical and tobacco company "funded" you with and actually do something like legalize it and regulate the liquid, which will make us the U.S. populace safer.

Why hasnt the FDA asked for the number of people this has helped or has been able to quit smoking real cigs??? Where is the request page that we can send in that we were successful in quitting real cigs. I for one have been smoke free for 63 days and started on the ecig at 18mg per ml, I am now down to 8mg per ml.
I disagree with this 100%. E-Cigs are an amazing invention. I have not smoked a cancer causing cigarette since receiving mine. After trying every alternative to stop including Chantix for about 9 months, nothing worked like this does. Chantix is actually really bad, it totally screws with your mind.
This product is in my opinion the perfect solution for long time smokers wanting to finally quit!! Not more coughing, no more stench, no more fire risk and 3994+ less chemicals.
Just if you are all not aware, they used some nicotine inhaler as a benchmark to test against the electronic cigarettes. The FDA was worried to test them against the real cigarette because the report would only prove our point, that the electronic cigarette is 1000% safer than real cigarettes. They needed to keep their slanted report at all costs. Too much political pressure to prove otherwise.
The FDA needs to take their one-sided bullshit and butt-out. Its easy to see that the tobacco companies have their hands so far up the FDA's ass that it's a no brainer that they woudlnt want people quitting regular cigarettes.

You forgot to mention that anyone, teenagers, 5 year olds etc can walk into any store, including walmart and the local grocery/drug store and buy nicotine containing products like patches and gums. If you don't know, be quiet and get back to work!
The patch and gum have the same carcinogens detected at lower levels in the e-cigarette cartridges the FDA tested. On the other hand, you can use e-cigarettes that DON'T have nicotine or use nicotine that was not derived from tobacco and is therefore SAFER than the FDA "approved" Nicotine Replacement Therapies.
If e-cigarettes are banned I will go back to traditional cigarettes, without question, because I have an addiction that I can't fight using the "approved" methods. Is that what the FDA really wants?? Cigarettes are KNOWN to be harmful and are still OK (do you suppose Big Tobacco has anything to do with that?) yet e-cigs contain 3500+ LESS cancer causing agents and are on the chopping block? How does this make the slightest bit of sense??
Since E-cigs have been on the market over 3 million people have died from tradtional cigarettes. And zero have died from Ecigs. Shame on the FDA !!! Can I just point out one thing that seems to be greatly overlooked... you can get cartomizers with 0 Nicotine in them... just e-juice, and propylene glycol or vegetable glycerine that produces the vapor. So you have a choice if you don't want PG, you can get VG... that's it folks! And you can usually order the amounts you want and know exactly what you are putting in an E-cig. Do you know or have any control over what is in a reg. cigarette? Nope! Oh, and you have to be 18+ to buy them, online.

I got my Kr808-d e-cig in January. I haven't had a real cigarette since then. That was over 3000 cigarettes ago. Cigarettes are over six dollars a pack in my state and half the price goes to the government in the form of sin taxes. So that's 150 packs of smokes they can't get taxes on. And you wonder why a government agency wants to muck about with e-cigs?

i smoked about a pack a day for 3 years and couldnt quit. i bought an e-cig and quit the same day! i havent had a real cig for over a month now and i feel so much better. if there is something dangerous about e-cigs, my body has yet to let me know.
if you want to set an age restriction on buying them, and make sure that they really are 100% safe for us, im all for it. but i wont stand for having them taken away! what i put in my body is my choice.

20 year smoker... Now ex-smoker as of 6/11. Have tried a puff when my dse-901 hardware was failing, and I found the smoke to be disgusting and to have made me light-headed. It was not my explicit intention to quit smoking, but I did, because I transitioned using an "e-cig." I smoked for 40 yrs. Tried the patch, gum, Zyban, hypnosis & Chantix - couldn't quit. I have now been smoke free almost a year with the e-cig. No side effects except I can breathe better and feel better. While "we don't know" what the e-cig will do health wise, we damn well DO know what regular cigarettes will do. Please FDA, leave me & my e-cig alone!

Tax only per pack in Tx is $2.42 per pack 1/3 of adults smoke! Everyone should take note of the above responses. Although there is a link on this page to "Post a Video Response", the FDA apparently does not approve of dissenting opinions. Considering the FDA's past and present track record of banning literature promoting organic gardening and naturopathic treatments...I think they aren't big fans of the First Ammendment in general. Why hasnt the FDA asked for the number of people this has helped or has been able to quit smoking real cigs??? Where is the request page that we can send in that we were successful in quitting real cigs. I for one have been smoke free for 63 days and started on the ecig at 18mg per ml, I am now down to 8mg per ml.

I disagree with this 100%. E-Cigs are an amazing invention. I have not smoked a cancer causing cigarette since receiving mine. After trying every alternative to stop including Chantix for about 9 months, nothing worked like this does. Chantix is actually really bad, it totally screws with your mind.
This product is in my opinion the perfect solution for long time smokers wanting to finally quit!! Not more coughing, no more stench, no more fire risk and 3994+ less chemicals.

Just if you are all not aware, they used some nicotine inhaler as a benchmark to test against the electronic cigarettes. The FDA was worried to test them against the real cigarette because the report would only prove our point, that the electronic cigarette is 1000% safer than real cigarettes. They needed to keep their slanted report at all costs. Too much political pressure to prove otherwise.

The patch and gum have the same carcinogens detected at lower levels in the e-cigarette cartridges the FDA tested. On the other hand, you can use e-cigarettes that DON'T have nicotine or use nicotine that was not derived from tobacco and is therefore SAFER than the FDA "approved" Nicotine Replacement Therapies.
