@Rickyfre5h I'm not a professional, but I search lessons all the time to quickly learn a riff or song. Others do too, which is why there are a lot of tutorials/lessons that don't name every little note, strumming pattern, and nuance. There are plenty of tutorials that will explain in that detail, then there are some for people who can see what's going on and pick it up. That's what i'm looking for and that's what I made. One day you will understand.

If you had the microphone closer to the amp than your guitar, it should pick up less of you strumming and more of the sound from the amp, but then the camera is further away.... so unless you use a seperate mic, theres not much you can do :(

Actually, I delete about 50 posts telling me it's not a tutorial, and approve a few and reply. Sometimes being a dick because i'm sick of hearing beginners complain. In a year, they will appreciate tutorials like this and be thankful they aren't all 10 minutes long and painful to listen to. Make snippy simple-minded comments and you get what you get.

Cheers for the up! For the sound prob, have you tried simply using the amp as a tripod, (as in simply put the camera on the amp with both facing you)? Then the amp "should" drown out ya pick. Might be a lil too simple but sounds good in theory?!?

in my opinion this is the perfect tutorial video... i hate watching videos where the people go through telling us every single fret of each chord, it takes ages. u just want someone to play through it clearly and fairly slowly, that way you dont have to give half an hour to learn a 2 minet song, most turotials treat you like you have no brain, thanks alot mate
