Just drop the two folders on the tf folder and let them overwrite everything.

It shouldn't. If you ever have a problem just delete the resource and script folders and when you go to play TF2 it should install them again for you.

Game volume vs. Voice balance is huge. Clear commentary / good vocabulary. Transitions / Intros are nice. Sound interested in what your doing, people that commentate and "don't care" are annoying to listen to.
