This skeleton in the Halloween ident of Vault Disney is one of the skeletons in the 1929 Walt Disney/Ub Iwerks short, Skeleton Dance. I have this cartoon on Disc 2 of Walt Disney Treasures Wave 7 The Adventures of Oswald the Lucky Rabbit.

You apparently don't know how it fells to have NEVER lived in the 80's and being a little kid when it was that way. I only recognize that logo from the video my grandma recorded of peter rabbit... and the Family Circus!
@lilcrazy09 Yep, I remember it all..Disney took away zoog and vault disney and made them disappear forever in the fall of 2002 and I was 11 years old at the time :)
