@LegoDaleks You sir, are an idiot. The reason the New-Who Doctors are like that is because that's part of that Doctors personality. When the Doctor regenerates, he still has his memories, but the personality changes. The writers wanted those specific Doctors to have those personalities because it would evolve the character. Tennant showed this especially, since he acted like the goofy side we all have inside of us, but still knew what he was doing. And by saying the New-Who Doctors act like te
To everyone who's wondering, this was a Doctor Who webcast made in 2003 by the animation studio Cosgrove Hall (the makers of Danger Mouse and Count Duckula). It was made before the new series was announced, and the Doctor featuring in it, voiced by Richard E. Grant, was intended to be the Ninth Doctor. It was aired on the BBC Doctor Who website. Then a few months later, the new series was announced, Christopher Eccleston became the Doctor, and this cartoon just became a weird sort of dead end
@henritje19 The only Doctor Who that is "canon" is 1963-1989. In the Whoniverse all the uncanon series' always seem to call themselves Doctor Who instead of coming up with a new name like: Doctor Who the Next Generation, or Doctor Who kidz, or Cartoon Doctor Who etc.
@LegoDaleks You appear to be forgetting about the 1996 movie and the 2005 series, which were not reboots and were in fact continuations of the series due to the fact that the series was never cancelled in the first place.
@Ghastly98 The series WAS cancelled in 1989 - duh. The New Adventures comics are also continuations, as are a lot of those Big Finish productions, but that still doesn't make them canon.
The 2005 series onwards is the least canon of them all. It's completely unrecognisable as DW. It couldn't even be called Doctor Who Kidz.
Putting aside your harsh opinions of the reboot, I would like to propose an argument. The series wasn't cancelled! Officially, it was on extended hiatus which acted as cancellation, until brought back in 1996 and 2005. Since it was technically never cancelled, it technically made the 2005 series canon as it was a continuation and NOT a sequel or reboot.
@Ghastly98 I think you are the only one in the world who thinks that DW wasn't cancelled. It was on Hiatus in 1986, but cancelled in 1989. The head of the BBC in 1989 (I don't remember his name) is best known as the guy who cancelled DW.
Nu-hu Dr.'s are immature, irrational magic-wand-weilding, hormonal, over-emtional cartoons and are nothing like the Doctor. The nu-hu Dr must just be some teenager with weird powers and an identity crisis.
@Ghastly98 I've watched all of Nu-hu (except series 6. I gave up on it after the disgraceful series 5), just like I've watched all of Doctor Who as well.
Nothing to see here, move along. It ain't David Tenant, just a gay vampire who stole the TARDIS.

Man, the comments on this vid are some of the dumbest I've ever seen. If you guys are so ignorant then don't even bother commenting.
The BBC should have stuck with this series instead of doing that God awful sh!t from 2005-present.

The name you are looking for is Michael Grade.
After he was dismissed from the BBC over the 'Doctor Who' blunder he went to work for LWT if i recall correctly.
