I wish they would show this on TV more often. In my heart I believe most Americans identify with Bronson's character (Paul Kersey) but, are afraid to admit it. Next to Audie Murphy the man I most admire for having guts is Berhard Goetz of NYC.

Death Wish two just has Kersey killing. Death Wish three is a good bit absurd for all of the crazy punks. I wonder if any criminal at any time ever acted so stupidly. I know some punks do act crazy, but the punks in these sequels are a good bit over the top. Death Wish 1 makes me want to watch the other movies over for comparison. I still haven't seen Death Wish 5, and I'm sure it was SAD because it was Bronson's last movie. I read he was 73 at the time. That pretty F,ing old for such a role.

Thanks for uploading the original Death Wish movie. I had never seen it until now. I've gotta say I thought it was pretty good. It is so much more developed than the other movies. I bought Death Wish 2, 3, and 4 in a three pack from Walmart. I watched them first. Death Wish 2 is ok but after the rape and murder of the housekeeper there is no reaction at all from Kersey. The first movie gives us a lot of insight into the Kersey character.
