  • Hey Ms. Vitale! Im making this for dinner im 12 and im also making your peanut butter cookies!!! I'm so excited Im using my ramekins that look like veggies!   • I used a can of pillsbury crescents for the crust and mixed in a chunk of cream cheese into the chicken filling and it was DELICIOUS :D

  • Laura, I really appreciate the quality of your recipes. Cake Pops? Those aren't Italian, aren't "homecookin'", aren't anything special. I've been surprised you haven't uploaded something silly like "MUMMY HOTDOGS" for halloween, like almost every other youtube chef haha. Everything you make is based on your own tastes along with the requests of your viewers, and I appreciate how you do the ones YOU want to do. :D

  • @simplepleasures97 Hi! :) it is Chicken stock, it is made when vegetables and meaty bones are simmered gently in water to extract all the flavors.

  • Also, Laura, dark chicken meat contains DOUBLE the amount of zinc and iron that the white breat meat does. It may have a tiny bit more fat, but it is worth it for the doubled levels of zinc and iron, and also the increase in vitamin E and calcium when in comparison to white meat.

  • I agree with the other poster, pls speak a little slower. But also wanted to say the filling looks very watery :/ i'd add more flour to the mix before taking it off the heat so it can thicken up. Thats like soup :(

  • @Hales52 A little bit, but I also like mine thicker. You can make it thicker by adding more to the roux when you're cooking the chicken and vegetables in the pot (for instance with this, I'd double the flour and butter).

  • I've made several of your recipes and have such success! The ceci bruschetta was so good! We made it for a party as an appetizer along with the traditional tomato basil salsa, every one liked the freshness of the lemon over the ceci. Keep it up!
