@RainCards You don't need to if you can see where the people are swinging and anticipate where the ball should go and estimate where it is. I watched the video without even noticing that I couldn't see the ball a lot of the time, because I still knew where it was. Even when you're playing squash on the court, sometimes you can't see the ball cause it's going so fast or cause it's a bad ball and skipping, but that doesn't affect you too much.
one of the fastest paced rallies ive ever seen. it also really shows how big of a mistake a cross drop/flick can be if it doesnt work cause ricketts had the offensive position and even though willstrop was wrong footed and had to do a lot of work to get to it, the left side of the court was entirely open
Ricketts put 100% into each and every rally and was the most intense player on tour. Unfortunately that style of play caused his body to break down on him. There was never a dull moment with him and he is sorely missed.
If you could see the ball 50% of the time, it'd be even better
