I agree. Psycho-Therapy is another Jewish Scam. Jewish whores, many of which I've seen in my own country, swindly stupid people just to steal their money.
Psychotherapy is just an excuse to peddle jewish brand Drugs. Made by jewish alchemy. They poison you to make your mind vulnerable and think you "need" therapy. So they use that to sell you more Snake Oil "psychology" and "drugs", to make you a permanent puppet of theirs.
Addicted to their Snake oil therapy of dangerous drugs and Jewish Lies
I like your piercings. I find them tastefully done, since they don't draw my attention just by being there. They add to your features, they don't steal the show, so to speak.
If a therapist does not what to do but wants to make it seem something is being done, he/she might resort to pseudoscience hoping for a placebo effect.
Perhaps the best thing, is to not look into the past until you get a better understanding of the present and the direction leading to future. Then you can put together the pieces of the past and gain a better understanding.
Reset, and make a fresh start, and (temporarily) don't dwell on the past.
People fail to realize that memory is not (can;t emphasize that enough) anything like a camera. In our minds, we remember fragments and templates for 99.99999% of what we remember and a partial "script". That's the best word I can come up with. We then "reconstruct" everything we remember by running the "script" and using the fragments and templates to fill in the gaps. Our memories are thus a lot more like a South Park episode compared to real life.
I know there are some people(who?) who like to pull the mental trigger quickly, but I was like: "Duh, it's YOUR story...how can it be anybody's pov than yours?"
I think it's annoying and sad that we have to be so defensive and have to explain every obvious thing just because some people just want to fight. Why? And who? And for what reasons? Pleeease, enlighten me!
I'm glad i listened to the disclaimer first, i was going to be quick to judge, but I think it's good that you share your own story and do not judge any one else's or make assumptions about any one else's psychological issues.
I have had some insane counselors, who in fact, were probably in more need of therapy than I...kudos to talking about your experience, it's not easy to discuss, especially on youtube.
I'm looking forward to this series! I've been to several therapists, and stopped after a horrible one. After a few years, my problems continued, and began escalating, so I'm going to a new one, who will hopefully be better.
I stopped after i had one awful therapist. It put me off it for a long time, even though i knew i needed it. But i guess it's one of those things where you have to piss around with people before you find someone you can really relate to.

I like the intro. Very responsible of you. Makes we MUCH more willing to go into this sans wariness.
