would have liked some narration. For instance, how long did you let the blood drain from them? How long did you let them in the hot water ( I assume to let the feathers loosen). Why don't you cut the heads off? What took so long in cutting the heads? What's the easiest way to gut the chicken? this would've been a little more helpful if someone spoke during the video cause I'm considering raising chickens but educational nonetheless.
Nice set up. We do 50 birds a year for our own consumption. I like the trough under the cones, better than the buckets we're using for now. What kind of plucking machine is that? Seems to do an excellent job.
