One thing to take away from this is that the only player that is still currently playing in the league is Derek Hagan. A more interesting statistic than the fact only 250 players out of 1500 make the league is the fact that out of those 250 players over half are out of the league after 3 years. That's 1/12 available players for the draft make it 3 years in the league.

They see some lineman who are as big as refrigerators and assume that they are representative of all NFL positions. Football genetics is insane. That is good DonTrell is with someone, but it sucks he didn't get drafted, but in the draft, it is not about what you did, it is about the measurables. Even with his record, it was tough to overcome 5-9 and 4.63 40. So that is what sucks at times for the draft, you can win the Heisman and not get drafted high, but if you have a good vertical or 40 time, like Mike Mamula or someone, you will get the first round and suck like he did.

Wow, what a documentary...you really feel for Dontrell Moore and in the end you give a lot of respect to these guys! Especially for guys like Mike Leach whom a lot of people criticized for attacking Eric Mangini after the draft in 09 after sticking up for his players because he knows what they go through during those two days.
