@27DJordan or just hard work why does christ have to be involved in hard work. christ and praying helped no one in this movie hard work is what made them
If there's a higher power controlling things it's hard to believe that it would care about four kids from the suburbs getting rich off of a fucking game....besides all the jesus praising loved the documentary
Dontrell had to know that it wasn't looking good. He wasn't invited to the senior bowl and it doesn't look like there were many teams at his workout. And a 4.6 40 time is slow for a back his size.
One thing to take away from this is that the only player that is still currently playing in the league is Derek Hagan. A more interesting statistic than the fact only 250 players out of 1500 make the league is the fact that out of those 250 players over half are out of the league after 3 years. That's 1/12 available players for the draft make it 3 years in the league.
dontrell moore is the most pathetic, whiny little bitch ive ever seen of any human, maybe even beating out sweet 16 girls for that title. he has no talent, weird feet, from nowhere alien land. i applaud the nfl for not accepting this alien lover into there glorious league
A lot of people, especially Europeans, underestimate just what caliber of athlete the NFL requires. They see some lineman who are as big as refrigerators and assume that they are representative of all NFL positions. Football genetics is insane. Their "rejects" can succeed in other sports, this demonstrates their value.
I watched Both a nd it was Very Kool..It showed me that not every one makes it to the nfl..you gotta really be talented and work hard as can be.. GOOOD LUCK DONTRELL MOORE
Out of all the things to comment on in this documentary, you pick the small religious portion. Watch it for the documentary and interest in the game, not for hatred.
That is good DonTrell is with someone, but it sucks he didn't get drafted, but in the draft, it is not about what you did, it is about the measurables. Even with his record, it was tough to overcome 5-9 and 4.63 40. So that is what sucks at times for the draft, you can win the Heisman and not get drafted high, but if you have a good vertical or 40 time, like Mike Mamula or someone, you will get the first round and suck like he did.
Did anyone of u notice the way Clint behaves during the release of the NFL draft results? He kept ignoring the phone calls from those who are concerned about him... This goes to show the type of character he has .....
haha I don't even know how to reply to that, only way I can think of is by simply stating that football is definetley in the top three hardest sports in the world, mentally and physically.
damn excellent job u guys did with this documentary. wish u would of done it for the 07 and 08 drafts. thats sucked that dontrell didnt get draft he deserved it the most in my opinion he has the resume and he was humble and a religious man and a nice guy. hope he is happy doing watever he is doing
travis's youngest brother ryan whos a senior right now is in my opinion better than travis. ryan is running back though. hes gonna be in the NFL in a few years too.
Wow, what a documentary...you really feel for Dontrell Moore and in the end you give a lot of respect to these guys! Especially for guys like Mike Leach whom a lot of people criticized for attacking Eric Mangini after the draft in 09 after sticking up for his players because he knows what they go through during those two days.

Just as in any profession, talent is not always enough to “get picked.”
There are many factors unfortunately out of our control.
Nonetheless, we can choose to COMPLAIN about what we DO NOT have, or ENJOY AND MAKE THE BEST of what we DO have.
That is exclusively OUR choice!
The closing of a door opens many others…
