All I did in my previous comment was to express my disappointment, not my wishes.

I wish they didn't have to trim her hair. If she didn't, she would be indeed the child with the longest hair ever for her age.

I wish that, when she grows up and is able to take care of her own hair, she decides to just keep it growing. Will she be able to do that on her own soon? It's no easy task.

Long, beautiful hair is a blessing. I wish I had that blessing.

I've seen girls about that age with longer hair than that. It doesn't even reach her ankles.

Two of them were sisters, one of them was a brunette and had it down to half her calves, the other had jet black hair just barely reaching the floor. This was circa 1995.

And another one had it about the same length of this girl's hair, yet she was, like... nine? I don't remember well, that was like 10 years ago.
