A grommit is a word we use here in Aus for a rubber ring seal (Not the seal bashing kind).
We also use it as slang for an asshole.

I'd always heard "wrong 'un", which I guess means pretty much the same thing.
It is grommit, now I listen closely, sumehow I still prefer my original interpretation ^^
