My mom's Birthday is on Thursday, and i'm making this cake. Do you have any tips? I also jsut wanted to say, I love Steph! She's so funny! And I love Gretchen's Hair! I want my daughter to have that color hair. So pretty. You both are gorgeous! Thanks to you guys, I want to open a bakery when I'm older. @steph91069 when u put on the little umbrella and drew the little buttercream umbrella stand underneath it she said to cover you from skin cancer or something like that. i laughed so hard. i just found your vids and i love how informative and entertaining they are. i am a culinary student taking patisserie and baking so i love your tips! subscribed!! <3
I love how you think if the taste and not just how it will look. The thing with the brown sugar is so true! I don't wanna be eating a huge spoonful of brown sugar! Cookie crumbs is much better! Same results, better tasting!!!!
@steph91069 that's why I used to be assistant chef at the local Ragged Spoon - I had a LOT of good ideas until the stupid health dept got involved! sheesh!
