I think his speech was a little fast. I could understand him, although it sounds tin-ny, which might be resolved by recording the speech in a room built for recording (fabric walls, etc.)? There were many words on the screen and I wasn't able to focus quickly on what he was saying AND what I was being shown. Can you simplify it? Specifically at :57, 1:18, there were too many words. Great concept.

Boy I understood everything no problem! I like the rate. The visuals are perfect. I especially like "the bottom line is..." and that you included "Tips and Tricks" - everyone loves those.

Great idea! We need leaders to reform services. I agree with the comments regarding the voiceover on the video. It needs to be clearer, slower, and more concise.

prefer to write my reaction. i caught the message, but was a bit difficult because person spoke very rapidly and seemed a bit muffled. was fine, but really had to concentrate to catch the point.
Any ideas about a target for a more comfortable rate of speech? This video averaged roughly 133 words per minute. We'd heard the average person's everyday speech is between 125 and 150 words per minute.
We'll try to be more aware of rate and clarity of speech in future videos. Thank you for the feedback and helping us improve in the future! :)
The speaker may sound muffled because he experiences spinal muscular atrophy, causing his throat muscles to be weaker than most, and causing his speech to be throaty or nasaly. But, he does a great Kermit the Frog impression!
