The first time I played Crash Bandicoot i was like 7 years old. Love at first sight. Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped is one of my favorite games ever.

Now I'm 19, and I fell in love with this game. Totally. It's different, ok, but it's fucking cool and so funny!

@yobmas722 Nope, it gets BETTER every time it gets newer. Crash 2: Crystals, new moves. 3: Power ups after bosses. WOC: Better graphics and unique levels (most CB games have this, though). TwinSanity: Most complex story, great free-roaming and Cortex & Nina gameplay. Titans: Combat system, able to Jacking 12 Titans & 3 boss ones. MOM: Pocketing Titans, counter move, nice linear feel and great graphics. Face it, Crash keeps getting better and better. I just Hope retro fans don't ruin him...

@Psychenzo The combat system is terrible? Not every combat game has to have the complexity of God of War. This is Crash we're talking about. He's simple, so his combat's simple. Still great. The old ones were good, but that's it. Good. It was mostly jumping over holes and spinning with a few minigames here & there. It wasn't completely new or unique. Did have great music and epic level designs, though.

@Psychenzo Well, I DO see that there is a LOT of improvement. Crystals & Gems as power ups, a chest to store Mutants, being able to hold 2 mutants and upgrade to 4. Able to store a Captain Titan which takes the space of 2 normal ones. More moves and diversity in combat and puzzles, improvement in level design. Maybe bring back Mutato Muzika to make music. It would be epic. But the combat now isn't bad. Tell me how the ND games' combat was less repetitive. No offense, just asking.

I see no reason to relive the past when the new things of today are refreshing (in games, anyway). No offense, I'm just stating my point of view on it. @152mk God of War took the idea from Crash (Jacking, I mean) and used it for GOW 3. If THAT doesn't show how great the new Crash is, I don't know what does. Besides, It's slowly gotten BETTER. Better graphics in WOC, better gameplay in TwinSanity with epic music like in Crash 1. COTT/MOM revolutionized the Crash series' gameplay and characters. Just because it doesn't stay "true" doesn't mean it's bad.

@noname390 Why and how? Crash, as a character, hasn't changed much. And he's still one-of-a-kind. What logical reason is there for hating Crash? Not much. The gameplay's awesome and the story is, well, not outstanding, but decent enough. And think about this: What are games for? Fun, and if this game wasn't Crash, would it be fun still? Some I've talked to before said yes, so think about it: If this game's fun, it doesn't matter if Crash is in it or not. That only means Crash is great.

Is this any good on the ps3? Spyro dawn of the dragon was really dissapointing on the ps3 because of sketchy sound quality and very rough pixilated explosions. EIther that or I got a messed up disc or something...

with that out of the way, I don't think there is a PS3 version. I own a PS3, by the way. I heard about a ps3 version though, maybe it was cancelled. I own the Wii version of COTT. I thought the game was pretty fun. Not like the old Crash, though. The main problem is how many titans you have to jack. It can sometimes get annoying.
