No artificial ingredients in German beer that is why it tastes so good. American beer full of artificial ingredients like Bud Light that beer taste like horse pee.
I spent the day here when we got caught out by heavy snow and missed our plane from Munich back to the UK. Food was fabulous and the beer was even better. Visit my websites via my user name for more adventures in Europe.
Really? I didn't realize it didn't exist anymore. I thought that was the Hofbrau house. Or at the very least that it was still there. Thanks for the info.
The Germans are very sensitive about providing nothing that can be used as a Nazi memorial. That particular Munich beer hall was doomed, even if it survived the war.
My best example is what happend to the Spandau Prison after Rudolph Hess, the last Nazi prisoner, died. That prison was quickly demolished in 1987. Nothing is left of it.

Is this the Beer hall that Hitler staged his famous Putsch?
mrceebees14 2 years ago
No, that was a different beer hall, and it no longer exists.

@zasvedogovore,
What became known as Hitler's Beer Hall Putsch, an attempted revolution, took place in another beer hall that no longer exists.

There is some confusion. In this clip I provided songs, such as the very first one, already identified.
But the band played its own songs and I cannot name them.
After the band, the two beer drinking songs I added are "Bier her, Bier her" and "Ein Prosit".

Does any one know what the very first song is? It's driving me nuts. Thanks.
