I have absolutely nothing against canon rushing/proxy. Its just an all round good way to begin a game in 3v3 in my opinion. I think about it as this:

1. It forces the attacking team to work together early on instead of doing their own thing :)

2. It forces the opponent to act in more predictable ways

3. If oppinents did not scout it can win the game

Even if one player is taken out one opponents entire army is a bunch of canons, he sacrificed himself long term! (and you can counter and win)

Hey Stalin just started watching your vids but I've probably watched at least a dozen full battles now. Just awesome and I'm going to keep looking for them just a bit of input if it's ok, instead of just calling them noobs and insulting their strat, maybe give some practical input. Like I said I'm loving the commentary just thinking maybe you could be a bit more objective :P

You know if they had had a strategy along with that cannon thing, it might have worked pretty well. Say one guy cannon rushes, the other two focus on maybe spamming marines or zelots or zerglings..give the cannons a massive quick backup, once the enemy is distracted run in with a large army and do some "terrible terrible damage" it might not knock anyone out but may give you the economic edge long term if you manages to destroy alot of production units and buildings.

Call me crazy but wouldn't getting a Ghost and a nuke take out all if their forces outside of your base? Or would that not work?

Wow, that was an epic fail cannon rush...

Least back it up with some DTs, rush them in while everyone is focused on the cannons, snipe a few SCVs and some probes, crush the economies, then actually make a tactic other than spam cannons...

not the best you can do stalin but you still help by sniping the photo cannon and forge which was useful. Yellow did a great job of mass marine but I kind of feel sad for you losing your supply deploy anyway nice victory

I don't understand why that guy commited to that failed cannon rush. It was pretty pathetic, really. I would've abandoned it the moment I I realized the proxy failed.
